I rarely ever get to shoot in my own neighborhood so I was really excited when Emily and Kevin invited me to shoot their engagement session in Logan Square. They brought along their adorable dog Dale and we made our way around the monument, using some of the murals as backdrops. They were both instantly comfortable in front of the camera and had lots of fun together!
I had a great time last weekend with Tracy and Todd for their engagement session. We couldn’t have had better weather and the light was gorgeous. We started out near the Empty Bottle, a really great concert venue in Ukrainian Village. and made our way to Humboldt Park. Congrats you two!
I had an amazing time in early April with Judy and Yamil for their wedding in Wheeling. The day was full of so much emotion and it was incredible to be a part of it. We lucked out finding a really colorful wall on our way to the ceremony and I also got a sneak peak as they practiced their first dance in their hotel room before the reception. Congratulations to you both and thanks for sharing your special day with me!

Some highlights from Anne & Billy’s beautiful fall wedding at the Kenilworth Club!
I love it when clients have location ideas that mean something special to them and Erica and Sean had just that. We spent the afternoon going to some of their favorite downtown locations and it was a blast. Since I’m not from St. Louis, I headed in a day early and scouted out some fun places to go to along the way. From the minute I met them they were comfortable and relaxed with each other which made photographing them such a joy. Congrats to you both! Looking forward to your wedding next year!
